Training 

In training units of one or more days I develop basic topics of Montessori education with the course attendees. These topics are generally designed to meet the needs of the participants and take into account their individual levels of knowledge. 

The training sessions are usually held in-house, but can also be arranged virtually if desired. 

The basic structure of the training is discussed in advance with the clients and possible questions are clarified. 

Thematically, the training can refer to the individual subjects (music, art, language, etc.) or generally deal with the methodology of Montessori education. In addition to the teaching of theory, there is always enough time for practical exercises.
